📋 Applications Explained — Staff, Nicks & Admin Services - Zizou - 10-08-2026
Every application at UNCAP runs through Services — not through forum threads. This thread explains how each one works so your request doesn't get lost.
1. Server Admin application
Read the Admin Server Rules, then apply via Server Admin. Expect: requirements check → Discord interview/trial → decision. Don't post "can I be admin" threads; they get closed.
2. Nick Registration
Protect your in-game nickname via Nick Registration. Free, staff-reviewed. One registered nick per person.
3. Admin Inactivity
Real-life busy? Request a pause via Admin Inactivity instead of vanishing. Duration from a week to open-ended. Inactive without notice = demotion — the full policy is pinned in Staff Inactivity Rules.
4. Admin Withdrawal
Leaving the team for good? Admin Withdrawal — tell us why (optional but appreciated), hand over anything you hold, and leave cleanly. Reapplication later is possible.
5. Account Recovery
Lost access → Account Recovery. Prove ownership, get restored.
Tips that speed everything up:
- Fill every required field properly — half-filled forms go to the bottom of the pile.
- Use the same Discord name everywhere.
- One request at a time per service; duplicates slow you down.
