- Specific beats vague: "add de_season to rotation because dust2 nights get stale" beats "more maps plz".
- Ideas that solve a problem you actually hit on the server.
- Criticism with a suggestion attached.
What doesn't
- "Remove admin X" — that's a Report an admin.
- Demands, ultimatums, or repeated posting of the same idea.
- Ideas that break the server's balance or rules.
What happens next: staff reads everything. Implemented ideas get credited in News & Updates; declined ones get a short reason. No reply = it's in the queue, not ignored.
