What works

• Specific beats vague: "add de_season to rotation because dust2 nights get stale" beats "more maps plz".
  
• Ideas that solve a problem you actually hit on the server.
  
• Criticism with a suggestion attached.
  

What doesn't

• "Remove admin X" — that's a Report an admin.
  
• Demands, ultimatums, or repeated posting of the same idea.
  
• Ideas that break the server's balance or rules.
  

What happens next: staff reads everything. Implemented ideas get credited in News & Updates; declined ones get a short reason. No reply = it's in the queue, not ignored.
